Tafelspitz or boiled beef is a a regular offering in Vienna and this is the place to get it. They offer more variations of the cut of beef than anybody else. It is a large place and there is definitely a system to it. They give you pictures and instructions on how it is all eaten and are quick to get to your table to refill your plate from the serving dishes.

We got a trio of cuts on the advice of the server and there was a surprising difference in the taste. Rich and hearty stock makes the soup great for a cool day and we got 2 nice marrow bones to spread on our toast. The sides were all tasty and the mixture was simple but satisfying.
