We ate at this place on a previous trip and weren’t wowed but read enough good comments to try again this time. Our first visit we ate inside but this trip the weather allowed the patio to be open for seating, and what a difference that makes on the ambiance! It was so lovely I don’t think the food could have been bad. The clams seemed sweeter and more tender than the nights before,

the scallops and white asparagus were a tasty combination served with a perfectly cooked pasta and the fritto misto was hot and fresh with a light yet crispy coating. The artichoke bottoms were a much better value than the Castraure ones, although it was nice to have both offered, and I enjoyed their taste of the larger more than the smaller variety. A very nice eating experience was also enhanced by the proximity of other diners which promoted conversation among us. I definitely go back next trip.
